Do you migrate my existing site?
Yes — migration is included on all plans. It's a guided, hands-on service: our team coordinates migrating your content, media, and database, and the DNS cutover, so nothing falls through the cracks.
What if I already have a host I'm happy with?
You can keep it. Our Connected tier ($69/mo per site) links a site you host elsewhere to your Wordimatic dashboard — the connector plugin reports on site health, your plugin and theme inventory, and what needs updating, and your production site gets a Wordimatic-hosted staging workbench. Hands-on management of the site itself remains a managed-hosting feature, and we'll guide the migration when you're ready.
How does the AI-assisted work actually work?
An AI assistant helps you troubleshoot, understand your site's configuration and plugins, and plan changes — grounded in your site's context. When work needs doing, a real WordPress engineer does the hands-on part; the assistant just helps everyone move faster.
What counts as a "support hour"?
Any hands-on engineering time: custom code, troubleshooting, configuration changes, consultations. Automated monitoring and routine updates never count against your hours. Optimize and Operate include a set number each month; beyond those, extra work is billed at a discounted member rate.
Can I cancel at any time?
