Fractional platform ownership, for WordPress

A custom WordPress site that can't break.

Template site-builders box you in. Budget hosting leaves you fragile. Wordimatic builds your site exactly the way you want it — then hosts, secures, updates, and operates it with real engineers, so it stays fast, stays online, and never becomes your problem.

What we handle

Everything your site needs to thrive.

The areas where Wordimatic takes ownership — hosting, security, updates, performance, and support — so you never have to think about them again.

Accessibility, Built In

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 — then checked on a recurring schedule, as a gate before any deliverable ships, and on demand whenever you want. If a score slips we tell you, and an engineer fixes it rather than filing it. Accessibility stops being a risk you carry and a project you keep postponing.

Security & Compliance

We watch the public CVE record daily and check it against the plugins, themes, and core your sites actually run — opening a fix the moment something you run is affected. Add integrity scanning on every live site, least-privilege access, and an audit trail on every action. It's the posture that answers a government security questionnaire — and the same one that keeps ordinary sites from getting hacked.

Managed WordPress Hosting

Infrastructure built for WordPress and nothing else, with backups running on their own and engineers watching it — so launch day, a traffic spike, or a Friday afternoon stops being something you brace for.

Change-Controlled Updates

Every update is proven on a full copy of your site and signed off by an engineer before it goes near production. "The update broke our site" is the most common way WordPress fails. It doesn't happen here.

Plugin Development

Custom plugins built exactly to spec — no bloat, no dependencies you can't audit, no licence renewals quietly padding your bill. You own what we build.

AI Support Assistant

An assistant that already knows your site — your plugins, your config, your history — so you can ask what's slow or what a change would break and get a straight answer. Then a real engineer does the work.

Performance Tuning

Core Web Vitals, images, and caching tuned for your stack specifically — and measured, so you can see the difference rather than take our word for it.

Priority Support

A real engineer answers every request — never a tier-1 script reading from a flowchart. Optimize and up get priority response; on Operate, an engineer is on an outage within the hour.

Regulated & public-sector work

Held to a higher bar? We build to it.

If your site has to meet accessibility law or security requirements — government, education, healthcare, finance — Wordimatic builds to the standard from day one, without turning it into your problem.

Accessibility

Accessibility built in

Built to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 and checked as the work happens, with an engineer fixing what turns up. Not an annual audit you file, and not a letter from your counsel you have to answer.

Security

Immutable & change-controlled

Nothing runs that we didn't sign. Nothing changes without a review. Every action leaves a trail. Mapped to the NIST 800-53 control families, so your security questionnaire has answers instead of caveats.

Compliance

Straight answers in procurement

We document the control mapping so it drops into an RFP, and we tell you plainly where we are — including what we haven't certified. You'll never be blindsided in front of your own review board. See our compliance approach →

How it works

Up and running, typically in 48 hours.

No lengthy onboarding. We handle the migration, setup, and audit — then stay on to keep everything running.

01

Audit

We review your current site — hosting, plugins, performance, and security — and send you a plain-English report, usually within 24 hours.

02

Migrate & Harden

We move your site to our managed infrastructure, clean up what's broken, and apply a security baseline before we hand you the keys.

03

Ongoing Care

Updates, monitoring, and support run continuously in the background. You get a monthly report and a direct line to your engineer.

Why we exist

Too often, WordPress means paying for hours lost to meetings, or a freelancer who vanishes when you need them. We wanted something different: a small, technical team that owns your WordPress site like it's their own — and uses an AI assistant to help move faster on the routine work, so the humans focus on the hard stuff.

FAQ

Straight answers to real questions.

Something missing? Send us a message and a real engineer replies.

Do you migrate my existing site?

Yes, on every plan, and we do the work. We move your content, media, and database, then run the DNS cutover in a low-traffic window so your visitors don't notice. We scope it with you first — a migration that goes wrong is worse than one that takes an extra day, and we've seen enough of them to know where the surprises hide.

What if I already have a host I'm happy with?

You can keep it. Our Connected tier ($69/mo per connected site) links a site you host elsewhere to your Wordimatic dashboard: the connector plugin reports on site health, your core, plugin, and theme inventory, and what needs updating, and your production site gets a Wordimatic-hosted staging workbench. Hands-on management of the production site itself — updates, backups, and support work — remains part of managed hosting, and when you're ready to move, we guide the migration.

How does the AI assistant work?

Every plan includes it, with a monthly allowance of credits you can top up any time. It already knows your site — your plugins, your configuration, your history — so you can ask why a page is slow or what a change would break and get a straight answer instead of a search result. It advises; it doesn't touch your live site. A WordPress engineer does the hands-on work.

What counts as a support hour?

Hands-on engineering time: custom code, troubleshooting, configuration changes, consultations, plugin work. What doesn't count is everything the platform does on its own — monitoring, routine updates, backups, uptime checks. You're paying for engineers, so that's what the hours measure. Optimize and Operate include time each month, and you can see exactly what was logged against it. Beyond that you get a member rate; larger projects are scoped separately.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Month-to-month on all plans. If you cancel, we'll give you a full export of your site, point your DNS wherever you want it, and make sure your team has everything they need to continue without us.
