Do you migrate my existing site?
Yes, on every plan, and we do the work. We move your content, media, and database, then run the DNS cutover in a low-traffic window so your visitors don't notice. We scope it with you first — a migration that goes wrong is worse than one that takes an extra day, and we've seen enough of them to know where the surprises hide.
What if I already have a host I'm happy with?
You can keep it. Our Connected tier ($69/mo per connected site) links a site you host elsewhere to your Wordimatic dashboard: the connector plugin reports on site health, your core, plugin, and theme inventory, and what needs updating, and your production site gets a Wordimatic-hosted staging workbench. Hands-on management of the production site itself — updates, backups, and support work — remains part of managed hosting, and when you're ready to move, we guide the migration.
How does the AI assistant work?
Every plan includes it, with a monthly allowance of credits you can top up any time. It already knows your site — your plugins, your configuration, your history — so you can ask why a page is slow or what a change would break and get a straight answer instead of a search result. It advises; it doesn't touch your live site. A WordPress engineer does the hands-on work.
What counts as a support hour?
Hands-on engineering time: custom code, troubleshooting, configuration changes, consultations, plugin work. What doesn't count is everything the platform does on its own — monitoring, routine updates, backups, uptime checks. You're paying for engineers, so that's what the hours measure. Optimize and Operate include time each month, and you can see exactly what was logged against it. Beyond that you get a member rate; larger projects are scoped separately.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Month-to-month on all plans. If you cancel, we'll give you a full export of your site, point your DNS wherever you want it, and make sure your team has everything they need to continue without us.
