Who it's for

Built for teams that depend on WordPress.

Wordimatic works best when WordPress is business-critical — and someone needs to own it so you don't have to.

Business owners

You built your site years ago and it mostly works — but updates break things, the host support is useless, and you don't have time to deal with it. Wordimatic takes it off your plate entirely.

Marketing teams

Your WordPress site is the center of your campaigns, but engineering is stretched thin. Wordimatic gives your team a direct line to a WordPress engineer without adding headcount.

E-commerce operators

Downtime costs you sales directly. Slow pages cost you conversions. A broken checkout costs you customers. Wordimatic treats WooCommerce performance and reliability as first-class concerns.

Agencies

You build sites for clients but don't want to be on the hook for ongoing maintenance. Wordimatic acts as your white-label technical partner — handling the operational layer while you focus on the work you actually sell.

FAQ

Questions about our services.

Specific questions about scope, compatibility, and how we work. General questions are on our homepage FAQ.

Do you support WooCommerce sites?

Yes. WooCommerce is a first-class concern across all plans. We apply a separate performance and caching configuration for stores, and our staging update process specifically tests for WooCommerce regressions before anything goes to production.

Can I keep my existing theme?

Yes. We don't require you to switch themes. If your theme has issues — outdated code, security vulnerabilities, performance problems — we'll tell you, but the decision is yours.

Do you manage WordPress Multisite?

Yes, on Optimize and Operate plans. Multisite has specific requirements around updates, user management, and plugin compatibility that we handle as part of the service.

What if I want to stay on my current host?

We can manage your site on your existing host on most plans. Our managed infrastructure is faster and simpler to operate, but it's not a requirement. We'll tell you honestly if your current host is causing problems we can't fix from our end.

Can you take over a site that's already been hacked or broken?

Yes. We offer a site recovery service as part of onboarding — malware removal, database cleanup, security hardening, and a full audit before the site goes back online. This is billed as a one-time engagement on top of your plan.

How do custom plugins fit into a managed plan?

Custom plugins built by Wordimatic are maintained as part of your plan — tested against core updates, patched when needed, and extended using your included support hours. Plugins you bring from a third party are maintained on a best-effort basis.
