Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Wordimatic’s services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Services

Wordimatic provides managed WordPress hosting, maintenance, and development services as described in your selected plan. Service details and inclusions are defined at the time of purchase and may change with 30 days’ notice.

Payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. We do not currently offer annual billing. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase on all plans.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to host content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend access to any site that violates this policy.

Limitation of liability

Wordimatic’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. You may cancel at any time; your service continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and we do not require advance notice. We may terminate or suspend service for non-payment or for a violation of the acceptable-use policy above, and otherwise will give you 30 days’ notice before ending service. Upon termination, we will provide a full export of your site data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
